Team 4 ELEMENT, in partnership with FIRST®, is dedicated to inspiring the young minds of High Tech LA in science, technology, innovation, and communication. Team 4 ELEMENT accomplishes this mission through rigorous effort in Engineering, Leadership, Equity, Mentoring, Education, Networking, and Teamwork.

High Tech LA Mission Statement

High Tech LA Schools are a diverse community of active learners dedicated to fusing the traditional academic subjects with real-world technical applications and problem-solving skills. FIRST® Mission Statement

The mission of FIRST® is to inspire young people to be science and technology leaders and innovators, by engaging them in exciting mentor-based programs that build science, engineering, and technology skills, that inspire innovation, and that foster well-rounded life capabilities including self-confidence, communication, and leadership.
